What we collect
To make your video we collect: your email address, your pet's photo and name, the message you write, and — if you send it as a gift — the recipient's name and email. Payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
Your photo and message are used to generate your video and for nothing else. Your email is used for order and delivery emails. We only feature your video publicly if you checked the "make my pet famous" box at checkout. We never sell your data.
Who processes it for us
Like most small teams we run on trusted services: Stripe (payments), Supabase (storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), ElevenLabs and fal.ai (voice & video generation), Anthropic (script suggestions), and PostHog (analytics). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how the site is used (pages visited, order funnel steps, and session recordings of interactions on our site) so we can improve it. This data isn't shared with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Photos and finished videos are kept so your share link keeps working and so we can regenerate your video if something went wrong. Want anything deleted — the photo, the video, the share link, your email? Just ask; we'll remove it promptly.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time — whichever privacy law applies to you (GDPR, CCPA, or common decency). Email us and a human will handle it.
Children
Pawpurrazzi is for adults (the pets in the videos are of all ages). We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
