Our promise
Every Pawpurrazzi video is made just for you from the photo, message, and voice you choose. If yours doesn't make you smile, we'll make it right.
If something looks off
If your video has a technical problem — the mouth doesn't move naturally, the audio is garbled, the video won't play — tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll regenerate it free, or refund you in full. Your choice.
If we can't make your video
Occasionally a photo just doesn't work with the magic (blurry, too dark, face not visible). If we can't produce a good-quality video from your photo, we'll ask you for a different one — and if that doesn't work either, you get a full refund automatically.
Change of heart
Because each video is a personalized digital product, we can't offer refunds once a video has been generated and delivered simply for a change of mind. If your order hasn't been generated yet, contact us and we'll cancel and refund it in full.
